What organization activity logs record

Recorded activity includes:
  • Team member invitations, removals, and role changes
  • App creation and promotion
  • Changes to authentication and security configuration, such as SSO, MFA, allowlists, denylists, and OAuth settings
  • User and wallet management actions, including wallet archival and restoration
  • Webhook endpoint creation, updates, deletion, test sends, verification key retrieval, and message resends
Each entry identifies the event type, related app when applicable, timestamp, and event details. When available, opening an entry also shows the actor’s email address and Dashboard role.
Access to activity logs depends on the team member’s Dashboard permissions.

Activity logs and Webhooks history

If the organization enables webhooks, Webhooks history also shows activity for apps with a webhook endpoint. The view shows events the endpoint subscribes to. To view it, select the app in the Privy Dashboard and open Webhooks history from the sidebar. Each message shows its event type, Svix message ID, timestamp, and delivery status. Open a message to view its payload. Filter messages by event type or search by message ID. Security-relevant webhook event types include user.authenticated, mfa.enabled, mfa.disabled, wallet.private_key_export, wallet.seed_phrase_export, and wallet.recovered.
Use organization logs to review Dashboard changes. Open a wallet or user to review its activity and details. If the organization enables webhooks, Webhooks history also shows activity for your app.
