# Dashboard MFA

To keep your Privy developer account secure, Privy supports multi-factor authentication (MFA). Dashboard users can register an authenticator app and/or a passkey. Users will be prompted to verify with their registered method upon login.

To register an MFA method for your account, click the profile icon and open the **Account preferences** panel, then select **Enroll**.
